Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate account information and keep sign-in credentials secure.
• Do not interfere with the marketplace, impersonate another person or attempt to bypass role permissions.
• Report suspected unauthorised account or transaction activity promptly.

Products and suppliers

Products are listed by approved suppliers and may be reviewed or moderated by the marketplace. Suppliers remain responsible for listing accuracy, safety, stock availability and fulfilment.

Orders and payments

An order is subject to availability, payment confirmation and supplier acceptance. Prices, delivery charges, taxes and discounts shown at checkout form the transaction summary for that order.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation, return and refund handling depends on order status, product condition, supplier obligations and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The refund policy explains the support process.

Moderation and service changes

The marketplace may review, restrict, suspend or remove accounts, suppliers, products or content where needed to protect users and platform integrity. Features may change as the service improves.
